For the second year in a row, Technia sponsored the DI Innovation Conference organized by Dagens Industri, Sweden's largest business paper.
At the conference, successful innovators and entrepreneurs from both large and small enterprises shared their experiences on how to be innovative, how to release the power of innovation, and how to commercialize the innovative ideas.
Among interesting speakers such as Annie Lööf, Niklas Zennström and Annika Steiber, our customer Kleven held a presentation on how innovative use of PLM and robots enables the development and manufacturing of customized vessels in Norway. Kleven, with long history in shipbuilding, is currently modernizing their business at many levels. To streamline the entire production chain from sourcing and procurement controls to production and delivery, Kleven is working closely with us regarding the PLM system. The investment in an advanced 3D CAD/PLM environment gives Kleven better control of documents and information flow throughout the production and reinforces the company's innovative strength.
